a) If you are an athlete, we may collect aggregated usage and engagement data related to your content.
b) This may include views, interactions, or other activity metrics generated by fans using the platform.
Advertising performance data
a) When advertising features are active, we may collect aggregated and anonymised performance data related to advertisements shown on the platform.
b) This may include views, interactions, or engagement metrics at a non-individual level.
c) This data is used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and platform features and is not used for individual profiling.
Technical data
a) When the app is live, we may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, browser information, or similar technical data necessary to operate and secure the service.
Analytics data is collected using first-party technologies and is not combined with data from external sources.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we do not store full dates of birth.

Age-range information is used only for eligibility checks, safety considerations, and advertising-related restrictions, and not for individual advertising or profiling.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

c) Advertising decisions are based on aggregated, in-app data and contextual factors, such as the type of sports content viewed.
d) Advertising is not based on individual user profiling, follower graphs, or external data sources.
e) No third-party data is used to enrich or enhance advertising audiences.
For clarity, advertising refers to paid or platform-delivered advertising placements.
Content uploaded natively by athletes or brands, including content that may feature or reference commercial products or services, is treated as user-generated content, not advertising delivery by Atlete Elite.
7. Age and suitability
Atlete Elite is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.
a) Users aged 13–15 are not shown paid, targeted, behavioural, or programmatic advertising.
b) Atlete Elite does not collect or use personal data from users under the age of 16 for advertising or marketing purposes.
c) Any advertising features available on the platform are restricted in accordance with applicable law and age-based safeguards.
d) Age assessment is based on year of birth or derived age range, not full date of birth.
Users aged 13–15 confirm that they have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising the minor’s use of Atlete Elite.
Content on Atlete Elite can be reported through in-app reporting tools, and we review reports in line with our platform standards and Terms of Service.
